About the position

As an employee in the factory of the future, you will be responsible for accurately extracting, processing, and packaging laser cut products so that customers receive their orders quickly. These products are manufactured with advanced laser cutting machines, which thanks to automation can run day and night. You have technical insight and work accurately, making an important contribution to the team and the production process. With your commitment and eye for detail, you help to optimize work processes and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere. In addition, you actively participate in the packaging of cut materials so that they arrive at the customer safely and correctly.

Our client is part of one of the finest companies in the Netherlands. As a subcontracting company proactive in the field of metalworking. Specialized in producing and serially assembling complex sheet metal constructions by means of (robotic) welding. For precise tolerance requirements, mechanical finishing can also be carried out in-house. In addition, they are also successful in the production and assembly of steel structures.

Our client has a very wide range of subcontracting activities and a great diversity of (repeat) products and complex projects that we realize. What do we ask of you?

As a Culler Laser, you meet:

  • Experience in manufacturing:You have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metal.
  • Technical understanding: You understand production processes and have an affinity for technology. Experience with machinery and production lines is a plus.
  • Problem Solving Ability: You can respond quickly to breakdowns and proactively seek solutions to keep production running smoothly.
  • Quality-oriented: You work accurately and strive to achieve the highest quality standards in products and processes.
  • Team player: You can work well with colleagues in different teams and departments to ensure the production process runs optimally.
  • Flexibility:You are willing to work shifts or alternating hours depending on production needs.
  • Safety-conscious: You adhere to workplace safety rules and procedures and have an eye for a safe working environment.
  • Physical fitness: You have good physical fitness as the work can be physically demanding.
  • Results-oriented: You work efficiently and purposefully, with an eye toward achieving production goals within the specified time.
