You make what works: photos, videos, stories, if it touches our target group, you go for it. You spot trends faster than the algorithm and you dare to talk to people, as well as stand in front of the camera yourself. Your creative brain never stands still, and your hands itch to create, post and test ideas immediately.

About the position

What will you do. Anything that breathes content. You may:

Going around companies and candidates to shoot short videos and capture their stories;
Conceive, film, edit and post TikToks, Reels and Insta posts;
Thinking along about funny and original campaigns (we love crazy ideas);
Sometimes also write some text content: captions, blogs or website texts - because good words count too;
Use AI and tools like Canva, CapCut or ChatGPT to bring your ideas to life.
No day is the same: one day you're standing in a warehouse with your camera, the next day you're editing a video, or coming up with a new TikTok series about “a day in the life of a temp.”.

About the company

We are a rapidly growing temporary employment agency with big plans, a little bit of chaos and a lot of coffee. We connect people to work, but in Brabant style: with a friendly atmosphere, straightforwardness and a Friday afternoon drink that will make you smile (or not, we keep it informal).

What do we ask of you?

Then who are you?

You are majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media or Journalism.
You feel at home on TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn (and know what works).
You have a fluent pen as well as a creative brain.
You are not afraid to approach people, share ideas or try something new.
Bonus points if you are a little handy with filming, editing or editing.
