Would you like to work in a modern, almost fully automated factory? For our brand new production location, we are looking for driven process operators who want to work in 5 shifts. Together with your team you will ensure that the production line for wheelhubs runs smoothly 24/7.
About the position
As a process operator mechatronics, you are responsible for the efficient running of the production process. You will work closely with production operators, process engineers and the technical department to ensure optimal performance of our automated production line.
Your duties:
- Independently operate, adjust and convert machines
- Optimizing robotic processes and monitoring safety
- Perform measurements and record deviations
- Troubleshooting and performing first-line maintenance
- Make suggestions to improve processes
- Ensure order and cleanliness according to WCM-55 standards
- Monitor the quality of the final product

What do we ask of you?
- A technical education (preferably MBO level 3-4)
- Experience or affinity with engineering
- Skill with computers
- Team spirit and willingness to work a 5-shift schedule
- Accuracy, eye for quality and solution-oriented thinking
- Good communication skills and a structured working method
- Command of the Dutch or English language
