As an Operator you will be at the heart of production, where you will contribute to the top quality of the products using various mixing and filling techniques. Safety is always their top priority, and as an Operator, you'll be a real champion of that. You'll step into an environment where knowledge and experience come together at various levels, and where they run two shifts for a 40-hour work week.
About the company
Sustainable, reliable and efficient! Our client has been the partner for toll manufacturing and the production of underbody coatings, adhesives and sealants for over 50 years. With their expertise, state-of-the-art materials and excellent facilities, they focus on relieving their customers. Their specialists work with the latest techniques and are of course fully aware of the latest safety requirements. Safety is their number one priority. Their modern business premises of no less than 26,000 m2 in Hapert (North Brabant) has 5000 m2 of production space and 9000 m2 warehouse from which they serve their customers from various markets. A small sample of the machines? 17 mixers, 5 z-blade kneaders, 11 vertical and horizontal mixers, 3 butterfly dissolvers and 4 heatable and coolable mixers. They also have 30 solvent storage tanks, 30 mixing and cooling tanks with agitators and 3 Atex filling machines. This makes them not only a solid supplier of an extensive collection of private label products, but also the partner for Toll manufacturing.
What do we ask of you?
Your are expected to:
- Independently operate mixing and filling machines after a thorough familiarisation process.
- Closely following recipes and batch cards.
- Performing quality checks with direct collaboration to our quality department.
- Perform (preventive) maintenance on machines and tools, ensuring that everything stays lubricated.
- Monitoring the quality of the production process like a true master.
- Good command of the Dutch or English language.
