As a coater you play a crucial role in delivering parts that meet strict quality requirements and are durable and beautifully finished.

About the position

As a Coater, you will be responsible for fully preparing surfaces, expertly applying coatings using proper techniques and equipment, checking coating thickness and quality, performing inspections to specifications, maintaining equipment and the workplace, adhering to safety and quality requirements, and working closely with production and engineering teams to achieve optimal results.

Experience as a Coater, Industrial Painter or similar technical position
Knowledge of different coating materials and application techniques
Technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings and specifications
An eye for detail and a strong quality focus
Team player with a proactive work ethic
Willingness to work in a production environment
