About the position
What will you do?
After an extensive and proper induction period, you will be an indispensable link within our operations. You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. Your duties include:
- Processing orders, order changes and order confirmations
- Monitor lead times and delivery times and coordinate with customers
- Ordering, booking and monitoring of yarns and other purchasing materials
- Creation and optimization of weekly planning (tufting, carpets, samples and logistics)
- Coordinate external coating and shearing planning
- Coordinating shipments, export documents and shuttles
- Registering and handling complaints
- Prepare sales invoices, process vendor invoices and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable

What do we ask of you?
- You work accurately and in a structured manner
- You are proactive, solution-oriented and communicatively strong
- You contribute to a positive and pleasant team atmosphere
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- German is a strong plus (or you are willing to learn it quickly)
- Experience with customer contact and order processing
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Process understanding and a structured way of working

- A full-time position (40 hours per week) with regular working hours
- An attractive salary between €3,400 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
- 25 vacation days + 8% vacation pay
