About the position
The company is looking for a driven Packaging and Production Employee who is committed to the production of its high quality chocolate products. In this versatile role you will not only be responsible for the careful packing of our products, but you will also support the production process and operate the machinery essential to the manufacture of the chocolate.
As a Packaging and Production Associate, you will work in a dynamic and fast-growing company focused on delivering the very best artisan chocolate worldwide. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products so that they arrive at our customers in perfect condition.
What will you do?
- Packing products: You will ensure that chocolate products are packaged with care, paying attention to proper packaging techniques and quality control. This ensures that the products reach the customer in top condition.
- Support the production process: You supplement products during the production process and make sure everything runs smoothly. This may include adding ingredients or supplying materials for production.
- Machine operation: You will operate various machines required for the production of our chocolate. You will be responsible for starting up, replenishing and operating the machines so that production can continue at a fast pace.
- Quality control: You will closely monitor product quality and ensure that all products meet the strict standards we maintain. This includes checking both the packaging and the chocolate products themselves.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues within the production department and contribute to an efficient and organized work environment.

In this position, you will possess:
- You have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry, but this is not a requirement.
- You have a positive work ethic and are willing to roll up your sleeves.
- You speak the Dutch or English language.
- You have an accurate work ethic and are able to monitor quality standards.
- You have a flexible attitude and can work well together in a team.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to learn new skills.
- You are willing to work in a production environment, where speed and precision are paramount.
