Do you want to work in a modern, almost fully automated factory? For our brand new production location we are looking for driven Assembly Mechanics who want to work in a 3-shift operation. Together with your team you will ensure that the production line for wheelhubs runs smoothly 24/7.
About the position
As an Assembly Mechanic, you will first be properly trained and given the opportunity to learn the processes. You will start in the first period in day shift and then later this year you will start working in a 3-shift operation. In this role, together with your colleagues, you will assemble complex wheel hubs in a largely automated production line. You will do this in an extremely precise manner. You will work closely with the quality department and signal possible deviations/problems to these colleagues before realizing the final product.

What do we ask of you?
Required of you:
- Technical education level VMBO/MBO,
- Relevant work experience as an assembly technician or equivalent,
- Good language skills in English or Dutch,
- Willing to work on a 3 shift schedule,
- Possesses good technical acumen (manufacturing/assembly experience is a plus),
- Ability to work accurately with an eye for detail,
- Ensure the quality of the final product,
- Meet delivery times and quality targets,
- Communicative, structured and accurate,
- Quality-conscious without losing sight of speed and productivity,
- Are a team player, but can also work independently.

- A gross hourly wage of €14.57 at 100% at 3-shifts €18.21,
- A shift allowance of 125% in a 3-shift operation,
