About the position
As an Assembly Clerk, you will produce custom wire and cable harnesses daily, which are scheduled by the planning department and group leaders. You will produce wire and cable harnesses according to specifications, regulations and drawings within the specified times and quantities. You will also be responsible for:
- Conducting interim quality checks to ensure quality;
- You will learn how to set up various machines and use tools;
- You accurately note on each order the additional and less consumption of the required components;
- If you see problems or improvements during the production process, you are not afraid to raise the alarm;
- Upon showing growth and development, advancement opportunities are available within our organization.
About the company
You will be working in the world of connectors and electrical wiring. Electrotechnical components are distributed and custom wire harnesses and connector assemblies are produced at this company. Long and intensive cooperation with customers is enjoyed, in a human and approachable way that suits this family business well.
What do we ask of you?
The Assembly Clerk we are looking for is:
- Full-time availability (38 hours);
- Will work in shifted day shift from 7:15 am to 4:15 pm;
- Accurate and independent;
- Speaks the Dutch and/or English language;
- Practical and flexible attitude;
- Learns from making mistakes;
- A team player able to actively and professionally collaborate and communicate with all parties involved;
- Experience in (cable) assembly is a plus but certainly not a must.
