About the position
As an All-round Production Employee, you play a crucial role in the production process. You work with various machines and ensure the quality of the products. A typical day consists of operating machines and performing quality checks, working in a structured environment with lots of variety.
- Operate and set up various production machines, such as saws and other specialized equipment.
- Cutting floor tiles into tile skirting, strips, mosaics and steps to specifications.
- Perform quality control checks on size and finish of products.
- Identify and resolve maintenance and basic machine malfunctions.
- Packing and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Contribute to a safe, clean and orderly workplace.
- Thinking about improvements in the production process.
About the company
This manufacturing company focuses on the business market and specializes in manufacturing tile skirting, strips, mosaics and stair treads. These products are custom-made from supplied floor tiles. If necessary, the tile skirting boards are sprayed in color on the top for a perfectly finished look.
In addition, floor tiles can be cut into strips of different heights, helping to create a stylish finish for bathrooms or toilet areas, for example. Mosaic options also offer the opportunity to create unique effects. If a specific tile size is not available, this company can cut floor tiles into any size.
Customized products are in many cases more economical than comparable products from tile manufacturers. Ask your tile dealer about the possibilities.

- You have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, or you are eager to learn and willing to learn.
- You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail.
- You are flexible, solution-oriented and tackle tasks independently.
- You have an affinity for engineering and quickly learn to operate new machines.
- You speak and understand English or Polish well.
