For a company in Best we are looking for an Administrative Assistant who gets energy from structure, overview and switching between different activities.
About the position
In this versatile back office role, you will be an important link within the organization:
- Enter orders (working with different login/customer environments)
- Confirm delivery times towards customers
- Scheduling containers and coordinating logistics
- Dunning and administrative follow-up of debtors
You work accurately, maintain an overview and make sure everything is administratively correct.

What do we ask of you?
This is you:
- MBO level (administration / order entry)
- Experience with an ERP system
- Good command of Dutch and English
- You work in a structured way and communicate clearly
What do we have to offer?

- Hourly wage between €16 and €20 depending on experience
- 32 or 40 hours per week
- Temporary assignment of 4-6 months
