About the company
Panel construction, a modern craft
At Mupa, they have been passionately designing and assembling high-quality switchgear since 1991. They do this on a project basis or in repetitive serial work. They operate within the industrial market, of which refrigeration, mechanical engineering and HVAC are the most important segments.
Their craftsmanship
They deliver at home and abroad, simple to complex control cabinets. For example, the refrigerators of the supermarket, the video screens in the Real Madrid soccer stadium and the drinking water pumped around from the tap are controlled by our switch boxes. They are happy to relieve customers throughout the entire realization process; from cost-conscious advice during hardware engineering to excellent service after commissioning. Customers can also provide their own materials and/or drawings, on the basis of which the engineers get to work assembling, wiring and testing the switch boxes. From A to Z, one of the engineers, as the contact person for the customer, guarantees the continuity of the automation.
Our way of working
After nearly 30 years, they still carry out the work in an artisanal manner, but in a contemporary way. In carrying out the work, they are cost-conscious, stand for quality and are focused on efficiency. To keep these standards high, they continue to develop along with technology. This together ensures that they can continue to guarantee craftsmanship: simply as work should be delivered! Over the years they have built up a large and loyal clientele in which service, quality and flexibility are paramount. Because
they enter into a long-term relationship with customers, it is possible to strive for perfection in the product and process. With over 40 committed employees, Mupa can now count itself as one of the larger panel builders in the Netherlands.
Working and learning at Mupa
Their motto is “good tools are half the battle,” which is why they invest in the right resources for their subject specialists to create a pleasant working and learning environment. For example, every project engineer has an E-plan license, the workshop has solid machinery and starters are taught the trade by an experienced teacher. In addition, in cooperation with education and companies in the region, they encourage learning and working in the Kempen.
