About the position
As an Experienced Blaster, you will be responsible for carefully preparing surfaces by blasting techniques. You ensure that each part is perfectly clean and rough enough for the next operation. In addition, do you have experience as an industrial sprayer? Then you can also be employed to apply coatings, completing projects from start to finish.
Your duties include:
- Blasting and pre-treatment of various metal surfaces;
- Checking the quality and roughness of the blasted surface;
- Possibly apply paint coatings with industrial spray techniques;
- Perform minor repair work as needed;
- Maintenance and inspection of blasting and spraying equipment;
- Ensure a neat, safe and well-organized workplace.

What do we ask of you?
- Demonstrated experience as a blaster, preferably with knowledge of industrial spraying techniques;
- Technical acumen and a strong sense of responsibility;
- You work accurately, independently and have an eye for detail;
- Willingness to learn new techniques;
- Proficiency in the English language is a plus.

- An attractive hourly wage starting at €17.50, depending on knowledge and experience;
