You are standing in the middle of the workshop, the smell of freshly sprayed metal is still in the air. In front of you lies a metal structure several meters long; you make sure it is perfectly prepared for finishing. Sanding, taping, checking: your hands make the difference. Are you someone who likes to be physically busy and has an eye for detail? Then this job as a Production Assistant at a specialized paint shop is for you.

About the position

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for preparing metal parts before they are painted. Your duties include:

Careful sanding of various metal structures;
Masking of parts according to technical instructions;
Performing other preparatory work in support of sprayers.

Thanks to your accuracy and pace, the sprayers can get to work right away. So you are an indispensable link in the process and contribute directly to the end result.

About the company

What do we ask of you?

You have experience or affinity for technical and/or physical work;
You can work independently, but also function well as part of a team;
A practical attitude and an eye for detail;
Good command of English and Polish is a plus.
