You put the material in the right machine, check the settings, and ensure that everything runs according to plan. About the position
As a CNC operator, you will work with various CNC-controlled machines, including a press brake, bending machine and shears. You will set up the machines correctly, position the products and monitor the machining process. The work focuses mainly on processing thin sheet metal (1.5 mm) in series of medium to large runs. The CNC programs are written offline, you will learn how to retrieve these programs and apply them in practice.
You will receive support where needed, but you are also independent enough to take initiative on your own. Technical insight and accuracy are crucial, because every detail counts in the final product.
