About the position
With your vacuum cleaner or cleaning cart, you make sure that dust and dirt disappear for good. The care workers and residents are always happy to see you again. You pick up dust, mop the hallway, empty trash cans and clean the toilets.
In this position you will work as a flex worker. Several (small) buildings of our client will fall under your responsibility. Because of this it is important that you have your own transportation in the form of a car.
Besides being a cleaner, you are also a helping hand and a listening ear. Just holding the door open for someone in a wheelchair, having a chat with someone who wants to let their heart out or waiting with cleaning because family members are visiting? You have a good sense of these things and will be a great support to care workers, residents and their loved ones. To prepare you well for your task, you will start with a two-month induction program in which you will learn all parts of the job. And if you still have questions after that, you can always contact an experienced colleague or Team Leader.

What do we ask of you?
Required of you:
- You can work well independently and master the Dutch or English language,
- Experience in cleaning work is a plus but not a requirement,
- You are a real go-getter, work accurately and are happy with a clean environment,
- In possession of a driver's license B,
- You are communicatively strong, structured and accurate,
- You have an eye for quality without losing sight of speed and productivity,
- You enjoy working together as a team and contributing to a great working atmosphere.
