It is early in the morning. On the shop floor, the press brake is already warming up. A new batch of metal sheets is ready and you place them one by one in exactly the right place. The machine does the bending work, but thanks to your sharp focus, the process keeps running smoothly. For an organization that specializes in metalworking, we are looking for a Production Employee who will support at the press brake and make sure that the inlay work is done tightly and safely.
About the position
As a Production Worker, you will support daily operations on the press brake. You are responsible for carefully inserting materials so that the machine can form the metal exactly as desired. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, who will teach you how the process works and what to look out for.
You keep up the pace without losing sight of quality. Think about checking whether the sheets are straight, spotting deviations and ensuring a neat and safe workplace. This way you contribute directly to an end product on which the organization can build.
