It is early morning and the first sheets of stainless steel are ready at the press brake. On the screen appears the program that today determines how tight and precise the final product will be. With a keen eye, the CNC press brake operator checks the settings, chooses the right tools and adjusts the machine to millimeter accuracy. This role is all about craftsmanship, precision and pride in high-quality sheet metal.

For a progressive organization in sheet metal working, we are looking for an experienced CNC press brake operator who feels at home in a modern production environment where quality and innovation go hand in hand.

De werkkaart ligt klaar en het juiste freesprogramma is geselecteerd. Je meet het gereedschap nauwkeurig in, maakt de benodigde freesmal en stelt de CNC-machine in. Even later komt het eerste houten product van de machine. Je controleert de afmetingen en ziet dat alles tot op de millimeter klopt. Dat is het resultaat van technisch inzicht, aandacht en goed vakmanschap.

Als CNC-Draaier / CNC Programmeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig programmeren, instellen en produceren van complexe precisieproducten op moderne CNC-draaimachines.

Je werkt onder andere met:

Okuma 7-assige machines;
Miyano-, Doosan- en Hyundai-machines;
Besturingen zoals Fanuc (hoofdzakelijk).
