Anti discrimination
Policy

At W&F Detacheringen, we do not discriminate on the basis of age, sexual orientation, race, marital status, religion, beliefs, gender, political affiliation, nationality, disability or chronic illness, type of employment contract (permanent or temporary), working hours (full-time or part-time), or any ground behind.

Equal opportunities for all

Everyone deserves equal opportunity, both in finding and keeping a job. Whether it's our own employees or temporary and secondment workers, we look only at a person's skills, competencies and talents. That's what it's all about.

At W&F Detacheringen, we ensure that discrimination has no place and everyone gets a fair chance to showcase their talents. Together, we make a difference!

We are committed to an inclusive and safe work environment for all. Discrimination in any form will not be tolerated. The purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidelines to prevent and combat discrimination.

To implement our policy, we ensure that every employee in our organization is aware of our position against discrimination. It is essential that discrimination is not tolerated. It is necessary to pay constant attention to this issue and maintain the policy regularly.

We find it very important to also clearly communicate this message to the people we work with. Therefore, we actively engage with our clients and have included our anti-discrimination policy in our general terms and conditions. Our general terms and conditions are also included in our order confirmations.

Training

To prevent discrimination, it is crucial to be clear about acceptable and unacceptable behavior. The anti-discrimination policy is therefore an integral part of the training of all W&F Detacheringen employees throughout their employment. For our own employees, we have posted several resources on the "my Jobinvest" knowledge base, namely:

  • The anti-discrimination policy;
  • The link to www.werkmeezegnee.nl;
  • The vacancy control guidelines of college of human rights;

Onboarding training

Upon hiring, the anti-discrimination policy is issued to each new employee. New employees start with the course 'Mastering your prejudices' via our learning platform GoodHabitz. In addition, it is a mandatory part of the onboarding that every new employee participates in the "Diversity pays off!" challenge, which is facilitated by the ABU.

Internal training

The course "Diverse and Inclusive Selecting" from the ABU is provided internally, by our own staff, for all employees. The training will recur every six months and be updated as needed.

VAcature control

The marketing department checks every job posting for potentially discriminatory wording, in accordance with the guidelines of the Human Rights Board. We ensure that our texts do not contain any form of discrimination.

On our website, we have explicitly stated on each job posting that it is open to all and that everyone is invited to apply.

Evaluate

To also measure all knowledge, we also find it important to regularly test all knowledge. We do this by performing mystery calls, among other things. Whereby the results are immediately evaluated, so that we can continue to grow.

In addition, we conduct quarterly surveys, which show the employees' knowledge of anti-discrimination. The results of these are evaluated and if the results are insufficient, the training "Diverse and Inclusive Selecting" is rescheduled.

An action and improvement list is maintained and we continue to review the policy based on this and if necessary the policy is adjusted.

Each team leader is required to discuss the topic of anti-discrimination as a standing agenda item once a month during a team meeting. In addition, anti-discrimination is also on the agenda for team leader meetings once a quarter as a standing item.

Complaint Procedure

Despite all measures taken, do you still encounter undesirable behavior in the workplace, such as discrimination, bullying, (sexual) harassment or aggression? Please report this to our confidential advisor via the e-mail address: meldpunt@jobinvest.nl The complaint is handled by one of our confidants and the confidant will, if the complainant so desires, consult with the management. The aim is to respond to the complaint within two weeks.

At W&F Detacheringen, we make sure everyone feels welcome and respected. Together, we strive to create a work environment where discrimination has no place.

The above policy was adopted on July 10, 2024 by the management of Job Invest and W&F Detacheringen.
