About the position
As a grinder, you will be responsible for precision finishing and finishing of various metal products and semi-fabricated parts. You work with a variety of materials and complex geometries, where precision and dimensional accuracy are crucial.
You will evaluate work pieces against technical drawings and specifications and ensure that each product meets established quality standards. It may happen that a part from the medical sector requires an extremely fine finish or that a component for mechanical engineering must have a specific fit. You ensure that the end result perfectly matches the customer's requirements.
Within the production process you work closely with colleagues from other departments to achieve the best result. You signal deviations, think about improvements and contribute to an efficient progress of the grinding process.
