About the position

The 1st Assembly Mechanic is technically highly developed and therefore broadly and independently employable in assembling parts into semi-finished or finished products throughout the work area. Primary responsibility is to independently assemble, check, start-up, test and perform repairs on machines in accordance with applicable standards of quality, efficiency and specifications.

The 1st Assembly Mechanic position is a full-time, 2-shift job, where you will work in a progressive manufacturing environment.

Working Hours:

06:00 - 14:15.
14:00 - 22:45 (Friday until 20:00, but paid until 22:45)

What do we ask of you?

You are a good 1st Assembly Mechanic if you:

Have a completed LBO or MBO technical education and/or technical knowledge gained through experience;
Have at least 1 year experience in independent assembly of machines;
Good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
Have comprehensive technical understanding of the entire assembly process;
Have knowledge about the PIP system;
Have applicable knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and 5S (preferred);
Have a high degree of independence;
Are resourceful, enterprising and flexible;
Be precise and structured;
Stress resistant, result and solution oriented.
