About the position
As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for deburring products using our Q-fin machine. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our production process and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.

What do we ask of you?
As a Production Employee, you possess:
- Operating the Q-fin machine: You will use the Q-fin machine to carefully deburr the edges of products, contributing to the finish and quality of the final product.
- Quality Control: You will check products for quality and ensure that they meet our customers' specifications and requirements.
- Proactive action: You anticipate potential problems and seek process improvements to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with colleagues in production to ensure a smooth process.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English or Dutch language.
- Ability to meet delivery times and quality targets.
- Focus on quality without sacrificing speed and efficiency.
- A proactive team player who functions well in a group environment
