About the position
You will work a 2-shift 36-hour week, with working hours of 06:00 - 15:00 and 15:00 - 24:00. You will play a key role in the finishing process, ensuring that each product meets the highest quality standards.
Your duties:
- Finishing print orders: punching, stripping, cutting, foils and laminates;
- Optimize the production process and work more efficiently;
- Review dimensional, punching and packaging requirements;
- Solve technical problems (first-line troubleshooting independently, then working with technical service);
- Quality control and monitoring of delivery times.

For this role, we are looking for a motivated and technical candidate with an eye for quality.
You have:
- Technical training (e.g., Mechanic, Operator-C, VAPRO Process Operator) or relevant work experience;
- Interest in technical processes and problem solving;
- Good computer skills and works in a structured manner;
- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- Team spirit and a proactive, quality-conscious attitude.
