As Sales Manager at W&F Detachment, you are the one who opens new doors. You know exactly where opportunities lie and are not afraid to make the first contact. With your commercial flair and persuasiveness, you know how to win over potential clients and retain existing customers. From the first phone call to building a lasting relationship, you take care of it. Once the contract is in, you hand over the baton to the team of Recruiters, so you can focus on the next opportunity. You work independently, but are never alone. Together with your colleagues you work on expanding the client base, and all this in an environment where you can really use your entrepreneurship.

What is expected of you?
- HBO working and thinking level;
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the staffing industry;
- Good command of both Dutch and English;
- Driving license B - you are often on the road to prospects;
- Commercial drive and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
