About the position
Currently, they are looking for a motivated Production Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Machine pouring concrete in precast molds,
- Reinforcing concrete elements,
- Finishing of product surfaces, including polishing,
- Operate machinery and equipment in the production process,
- Follow safety regulations and quality standards.

What do we ask of you?
Job requirements are:
- Experience in concrete finishing is a plus,
- Skill in operating a forklift,
- Be able to communicate in English, German or Polish,
- Proactive and motivated work ethic,
- Team player.
