Production Employee (Finishing/Prefab Concrete Worker)

About the position

Currently, they are looking for a motivated Production Employee. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Machine pouring concrete in precast molds,
  • Reinforcing concrete elements,
  • Finishing of product surfaces, including polishing,
  • Operate machinery and equipment in the production process,
  • Follow safety regulations and quality standards.

About the company

Our client is the leading manufacturer of robust concrete products, including table tennis tables, gaming tables, outdoor table football games, chess games for public areas, concrete seating and street furniture.


What do we ask of you?

Job requirements are:

  • Experience in concrete finishing is a plus,
  • Skill in operating a forklift,
  • Be able to communicate in English, German or Polish,
  • Proactive and motivated work ethic,
  • Team player.
