About the position
What will you do?
As a (Junior) Account Manager at W&F you are the first point of contact for our clients and you play a crucial role in realizing the perfect match between candidates and companies. You will work closely with your Sales colleagues and the recruitment department to provide our clients with the best possible service.
Your duties include:
- Work with your Sales colleagues to determine the day's priorities
- Presenting candidates to companies
- Proactively looking for new vacancies to be filled by us
- Ensure proper follow-up towards customers and colleagues
- Independent problem solving
- Visiting customers for introductions and contract signings
- Building your own customer base
- Each day brings new challenges and surprises, making your role dynamic and varied!
