About the position
As an Opto Mechanical Employee, your goal is to process high-quality industrial glass into high-value and high-tech optical products. You will make glass elements and finished products with an extreme degree of precision according to a technical drawing and specification.
Daily operations:
- Selecting appropriate tools for measuring, grinding and polishing;
- Design the tools needed to get the job done, if necessary;
- And management of production and quality processes.

What you need to fill this position:
- A technical background with preferably some work experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Focused on high output with the right quality based on stable controlled processes;
- Affinity for glass or ceramic processing is a plus;
- Good command of both Dutch and English language;
- And willingness to enter a multi-year training program.
